Take the Next Steps to Becoming a Skydiver

Once you have completed your first jump you may be eager for more.  At Tradewind Sky Sports we provide advanced training to help you obtain your first skydiving license.  In this program you will transition from Tandem to Accelerated Free Fall (AFF). 

These AFF jumps will start with two instructors, one on each side, and your own parachute.  In no time at all you will progress to only one instructor and then solo jumps.  Before you know it you will be on your way to your first license and making skydiving your way of life.

Accelerated Free Fall training Program

Special Pre-Paid Package for the following 25 Jumps: $1,999 (you save $294)

Jump Price Description
Category A $259
 Per Jump		 There is an extensive ground school prior to this skydive.  This is the first non-tandem jump.  Two instructors will jump with you.  We will work on body position, altitude awareness, and solo canopy flight.
Category B $159
 Per Jump		 Freefall - Relaxed body position, altitude awareness, left and right team turns.  Canopy - Controllability check, Airport recognition, and Landing pattern.
Category C $159
 Per Jump		 Freefall - First release dive, that's right we take the training wheels off.  Heading maintenance, Altitude Awareness Canopy - Locate Alternate landing areas and obstacle recognition.
Category D $159
 Per Jump		 Freefall - This category requires two jumps. One instructor will jump with you.  Solo turns, forward movement of Canopy - Brake Turns, solo landing pattern entry.
Category E $159
 Per Jump		 Freefall - This category requires two jumps.  One instructor will jump with you.  Stability Recovery from Back loops, barrel rolls. Canopy-Stall Point Solo Landing.
Any Solo $45
 Per Jump		 Upon Successful completion of your Category E jump you are cleared to jump solo without an instructor or with a USPA Coach. You earned this one, have fun.
Category F $75
 Per Jump		 Freefall - A USPA Coach will jump with you.  Tracking Dive Canopy - Rear Riser Flight into Landing pattern.
Category G $75
 Per Jump		 Freefall - Group Freefall Skills.  This category is 5 jumps.  Fall rate adjustment and lateral movements to re-dock.  Canopy - Front/Rear Riser Flight.
Category H $75
 Per Jump		 Freefall - Group Freefall Skills.  This category is 2 jumps.  Swoop to re-dock. Canopy - Front/Rear Riser Flight, Declared Accuracy.
Jumps 17~24 $45
 Per Jump		 6 Solo Jumps and 2 Hop & Pops - Deployment immediately following aircraft exit.
Jump 25 $75
 Per Jump		 A-License check Dive.

  • Once your training is complete your jumps are only $20.00 with your own equipment.
